As we know, the ‘Supreme’ Court made a ruling yesterday that public school officials could pray, because it’s a First Amendment thing. With that in mind, here’s a few public SEC figures that we think could deliver one hell of a prayer. And this includes Texas and Oklahoma, because we believe in Prophecy (Manning 3: 42). The SEC Future: How a 3-6 schedule would work

Everyone talked about the new SEC schedule. Regardless of what Greg Sankey would love to say, the SEC is going to follow the Pac-12 – (and Big 12 a few years before that, incidentally), and go for a system where the best two team in the SEC play each other in the SEC Championship Game. And that system would be 9 games, and not 8. SEC Preview: Ole Miss is all gas

If you love old school Big 12 or Pac-12 football, where they put up a kiddy amount of points and no-one plays any defense, then Ole Miss was your favorite team last year. Averaging 39.2 points per game and 555 yards per game, the Rebels worried every defense in the country. And boy (if you love your offense) was it fun. But Ole Miss was lousy at defense. They were worst in the SEC in giving up points, rushing yards allowed, second-last in passing yards allowed, and total yards. Nationally, the best they had defensive (points allowed), ranked…..117th. Prayers: Ole Miss player airlifted from practice

Ole Miss freshman tight end DaMarcus Thomas has been airlifted from practice in Oxford after an injury left him without any feeling in his body, according to reports. Thomas later was reported to have had a little feeling in his extremities, but prior to that, Lane Kiffin said: “Player potentially severely injured….was hit and hasn’t moved since. A helicopter’s on its way now. I’ve got to do my job for the game whenever it is but nothing seems very important right now.” The good news – now – is that feeling has returned to Thomas’ body. Ole Miss assistant AD Phil Jernigan tweeted: “Following the injury at practice this morning, Damarcus traveled by ambulance to Baptist Memorial Hospital in Oxford

Week 6 SEC Preview: LSU – Auburn and A&M-Arkansas highlight the show

This week it’s normal one of the craziest games on the SEC Calendar: LSU vs Auburn. We’ve had burning buildings, missed kicks at the end, last-second touchdowns and the end of Les Miles’ tenure. The Geaux Tigers have won 3 in row and 7 of the last ten, but of those last three games, they’ve been settled by a TOTAL of eight points. With no-one thinking about both sides seriously, it should be fun to at least watch, praying for a Big 12 game to once again break out in Jordan-Hare (if you’ve got the over!). Can Auburn turn things around? Week 5 Preview

While CBS will be headlining Alabama vs Tennessee, the key game for the weekend will once against be involving Auburn, as pressure once agains rises against Gus Malzahn when the Tigers go to Ole Miss. Otherwise, it’s South Carolina playing LSU and Kentucky travelling to Missouri. It’s not the weakest SEC slate around, but it’s certainly one of the lightest….. So here are our games that we’re interested in. We’re going to be amusingly watch some out-of-conference teams now, as THE OHIO STATE UNIVERSITY’S BACK WHICH IS BIGGER THAN ALL OF COLLEGE FOOTBALL, YOU KNOW?
