Missouri comes into Saturday’s game at Kyle Field with trepidation. It’s not because they haven’t played each other before (it’s 2-2 in SEC play since they both came into the conference in 2012), it’s because they were so lousy against Vanderbilt, while the Texas A&M-Marcel Reed combination has looked better and better. If Tennessee and Oklahoma are playing the ‘Heupel Bowl’ on Saturday, then Florida and Mississippi State are playing “Horses**t Bowl” in Starkville. New ’24 schedule sets up some SEC monster clashes

The arrival of Texas and Oklahoma may have people fuming about the teams voting not to go to a nine game schedule, but this hasn’t stopped the SEC from putting together some monster clashes for the 2024 year, which will lack divisions. THE ‘WE JUST WALKED INTO A CAULDRON’ TEAM Texas will play Georgia and Florida at home, while going on the road to Arkansas (who hate their guts) and Texas A&M (who hate them even more). Ranking the Coaches on The SEC Hot Seat

This year was a weird year in the SEC, because only one coach was hired in the offseason, and that was the utterly polarizing, utterly dislikable Hugh Freeze by Auburn. SEC Week 6: Tennessee continues to drop jaws, Arkansas just drops

South Carolina scored the most stunning win of the SEC calendar in Week 6 when they beat Kentucky on their own turf. Also, Texas A&M was a dumbass decision away from upsetting Alabama for the second year in a row on its own turf in a game plagued by turnovers, while Georgia happily destroyed Auburn. Otherwise, Tennessee went to Death Valley and destroyed LSU 40-13, Mississippi State took advantage of a porous Arkansas secondary (to put it mildly), Florida beat Missouri and Ole Miss did what was expected of them by beating Vanderbilt with a strong second half performance. Anyway, here are our Week 6 rankings… Tennessee (5-0): We all thought this would be a tight game in Death Valley.

After Week 3: Ranking the SEC

When the refs steal the a lot of the game’s limelight, you know that the reffing was terrible. And in the Mississippi State vs Memphis Penn State vs Auburn clashes, they were beyond terrible. No, stupid press releases about how these dumbf**ks screwed up the call might make the SEC feel better, but these guys should be suspended.
